What is your refund policy?

At Open Air Learning Foundation, staffing, supplies, facility rentals, and program planning are often arranged well in advance. Because of this, we are not able to offer refunds once a program has started.

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • If a program is cancelled by Open Air Learning, families will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to another program.
  • If a family withdraws at least 14 days before the start of a program, a refund may be issued minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees.
  • Withdrawals made less than 14 days before the start of a program are generally not eligible for a refund unless we are able to fill the space.
  • Once a program has begun, refunds are not typically available for missed days, illness, vacations, schedule changes, or withdrawal from the program.
  • In exceptional circumstances, partial credits may be considered at the discretion of Open Air Learning.

For drop-in days, special events, and workshops, refunds are generally only available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days in advance, unless otherwise stated.

If a learner is unable to attend due to illness, we encourage families to reach out as early as possible. While refunds cannot always be guaranteed, we will do our best to work with families when circumstances arise.
